Pip is the smallest resident of Muffinberry Town and quite possibly the smartest. He counts everything — bubbles, boats, waves at Bubble Bay — and his bow tie is always, always straight.

If there's a puzzle in town, Pip has a plan. If there's a splash to be made, Pip has already measured the perfect cannonball angle.
