Children's Privacy
Effective August 14, 2026 · Written in plain language, for parents
Muffinberry is made for young children, so muffinberrystudios.com is designed as a child-directed website — and we designed it so that using it doesn't require giving us personal information at all.
What your child can do here
- Watch and read about Muffinberry songs and characters
- Explore the Muffinberry Town map
- That's it — happily, that's the whole website
What this website does not have
- No child accounts or profiles
- No comments, chat, messaging or community areas
- No uploads of photos, audio or anything else
- No forms asking for names, emails, birthdays or locations
- No advertising networks, personalized ads or behavioral analytics
- No nonessential cookies set by us
Because of this design, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws elsewhere. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs to keep the site secure and online, as described in our Privacy Policy.
About links to other services
Play buttons and platform links lead to our official presence on services like YouTube and music apps. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies and settings. We recommend grown-ups do the tapping there, and use those platforms' kids' apps and parental controls where available.
If anything changes
If we ever introduce a feature that involves collecting information (for example, parent accounts or a shop), we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first, follow the legal requirements that apply — including verifiable parental consent where required — and get professional legal review before launch.
Parents: talk to us
Questions, concerns, or anything you'd like us to look at? Email hello@muffinberrystudios.com — a grown-up on our team will get back to you.
